Hi! I’m Becca (she/they).

I’m a strength and conditioning coach devoted to helping people lead the healthy, affirming, and adventurous lives they deserve. My approach is both evidence-based and holistic; I combine insights from the 10+ years I’ve spent as an outdoor athlete and field instructor, my 10+ years as a strength sport athlete and coach, and my background in massage therapy to support clients with interests as wide ranging as mine.

Online Individualized Programming

Whether you’re an endurance athlete who wants to prevent injuries, a strength sport athlete eager to improve their Olympic Lifting performance, or an outdoor enthusiast committed to keeping your hobby up for life, these offerings will give you the comprehensive, personalized programming you need to reach your goals.

Offering Types:

  • Geared towards climbers, paddlers, runners, hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, and guides, Becca’s Elements Strong Programming is meant to support an active, outdoor life.

    Programs consist of fully individualized strength workouts up to 3 times per week. They’re delivered through an app that enables clients to track their results and communicate with Becca directly so she can update programs weekly according to your progress and goals.

  • As a Strength Ratio coach provider, Becca offers fully individualized training plans to strength sport athletes who are seeking to improve in their sport.

    Programming is delivered through an app that enables clients to track their results and communicate with Becca directly. The duration and frequency of workouts varies significantly depending on clients’ sports and goals.

    This programming option is best for those who want Becca to be their primary coach for their primary sport.

 Elements Strong Group Coaching

This group training plan is ideal for the adventurous spirit who is looking for a flexible and low cost option. Designed to supplement other activities, Elements Strong Group Plan is delivered through an app so you can track your results on the go, celebrate your training buddies’ wins, and to get coaching support when you have questions. The basic plan can is designed to be used with either resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells or barbells depending on what you have available and your personal experience level.

These strength workouts are designed to be completed 2-3 times per week as a supplement to other active pursuits. Included are 2 optional conditioning workouts on off-strength training days.

Elements Strong Group Plan FAQs:

  • The training app Train Heroic is used to deliver your workouts, to see exercise demo videos, and to communicate with your Coach Becca when you have questions.

  • Absolutely! This plan is designed to be flexible enough to be completed in a full commercial gym or while traveling or on the go with simple bodyweight movements or traveling resistance bands.

    Under each workout day you can swap out which exercise implement you use - DB, KB, band or barbell. This way you can literally take the training plan with you where-ever you go!

  • Yes this group plan is available for new sign ups at anytime. Fill out the contact page to get signed up! If you are currently on the plan, you also have flexibility to hit pause at anytime if you know you have at least 1 month or more in which you know you will not be able to use the plan.

  • 25$ per month is auto billed until you need or want to drop the plan, hit pause or switch to a new plan.

Personal Training in Asheville, NC

I offer 1-on-1 personal training to those who are new to strength and conditioning, those who are recovering from injury, and those who want focused technique guidance. If you live in or near Asheville, NC and want the dedicated attention of an experienced professional during your workouts, personal training is for you.

Personal Training FAQs:

  • In Asheville we will either meet at Strength Ratio or All Bodies Fitness depending on your goals, equipment needs and scheduling.

    For special requests, I can travel to your house for personal training sessions as well if you have a home gym set up.

  • Up to 60 minutes long. The frequency of sessions varies depending on clients’ needs and goals.
