  • This plan is suitable for beginners to advanced and great for those without weighted equipment.

  • Bands:

    • Long Loop Resistance bands - 1 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard

    • Mini or Hip loop bands - 1 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard

Dumbbell Plan

  • This plan is best suited for those who have some prior weight training experience.

  • 3 sets of dumbbell pairs: one you consider easy weight, one moderate, and one heavy

    Bands:

    • Long Loop Resistance bands - 1 easy and 1 medium

    • Mini or Hip loop bands - 1 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard

Barbell Plan

  • This plan is best suited for those who have some prior barbell training experience.

  • Barbell that is loadable with plates and collars. A variety of plates from 2.5-45 pound or kilos will be ideal. You do not need to have access to a squat rack or a bench (although it can be helpful for some exercises).

    Bands:

    • Long Loop Resistance bands - 1 easy and 1 medium

    • Mini or Hip loop bands - 1 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard
